I'm Mitchell Miles.

For years my work was sales, marketing, and building teams... and I was good at it. Seven figures, a consulting practice, all of it. But the success exposed something the success couldn't fix. That's the story I tell in my book, "I'm Not Enough," and it's the reason for everything I'm building now.

Today I'm building NEW with a team: a movement to shape culture for the Kingdom of God through media, art, and community. We believe culture imitates art, not the other way around... so instead of critiquing the culture from the sidelines, we want to help create it. NEW has a media company (NewStudios), a peer community (NewHub), a discipleship arm (NeWell), and live events (NewCon). The Mitchell Miles Show is the front door... a weekly look at faith, leadership, and culture.

This is for anyone who wants a worldview equal to the weight of the moment we're living in. Leaders especially... and I mean that broadly: pastors, founders, ministry heads, nonprofit directors, creatives, anyone God has put in a position to influence others. But the door is open to everyone.
